An open floor plan with ample natural light and four sets of sliders make indoor-outdoor living inviting and care-free. You will immediately be drawn to the hand built moss wall built from a local artist and this room we feature the electronic dart board for endless hours of fun!
Unwind in the gorgeous living room with a cocktail in hand, complete with a motorcycle bar and smart TV, or, if business calls, free high-speed WIFI to stay productive in one of the king suites equipped with a desk. The other king suite features a smart TV equipped with Xfinity cable and plenty of seating for relaxing or reading. Professionally designed and decorated, the interior boasts high-end furnishings throughout.

There are no video or audio recording devices inside HB Speakeasy. The building is equipped with security cameras outside the lobby, in the lobby, at all three elevators, at the rear alley entrance, and just outside the front door. Pool access may be limited for maintenance.
A Charter School of Arts is located behind the condo, with sounds of children playing during school hours. The construction sounds change depending upon what stage they’re in of development including the days/times of when they’re working
The condo is located in Hollywood’s City Center in front of prestigious Arts Park Young Circle where you can enjoy restaurants and nightlife right outside the building onto Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood. There, you have access to all the bars and restaurants one could ask for, all within walking distance from the building. Uber/drive 5 minutes to the famous Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk with tons of bars, restaurants, and live music!

In this meticulously designed & furnished loft, you will enjoy the views from any of 4 balconies- each room has its own private balcony with views stretching from Hollywood Beach to South Beach Miami. Immerse yourself in the opulence of designer fixtures & furnishings. Whole 1,400 square foot apartment complete with 2 king suites accommodating up to 6 guests with the pullout couch in the living room, this retreat is a haven of creativity. This loft features ocean, bay, and city views from every room throughout the whole apartment.
Other Things to Note
​​​Guests have full access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and all amenities, except for the housekeeping closet which remains locked.
This loft is not suitable for young children due to design elements like glass, mirrors, and industrial features. We prioritize safety and recommend booking with this in mind.
